Early build-up period
Advanced build-up for IDS is possible from 15.03.2025 for a fee.

Costs
The costs for the early build-up are amounting to Euro 1,500.00 (plus VAT) per day, per exhibitor and hall level, excluding the days on which the halls are closed. This fee will be charged from the day your early build-up begins and will be calculated until 17.03.2025, including the weekends. Please use the following form to order the early build-up.
The invoice for the advance set-up will be charged exclusively to the exhibitor after the trade fair. Invoicing to a third-party company is not possible.

Important note
As a precaution we would like to point out, that during the extended build-up period the freight lifts can be used only on request. If you wish to use the lifts in Halls 2, 3, 4, 6, 7, 8, 9. you or or the stand construction company you have commissioned should contact VSU 5 days before the start of the stand construction period, tel. 0221 284-8000/8006, buero.koelnmesse@vsu-sicherheit.de . For the use of the freight lifts in hall 5 and 10, contact S.E.C, Operations management, Fon: +49 221-284 9262, einsatzleitung.sued@sec-security.de
Only employees of Koelnmesse GmbH or companies commissioned by Koelnmesse GmbH are authorised to operate the lifts. You will have to bear the costs associated with their use.
Furthermore we wish to point out that the heat will not be turned on in the halls until 18.03.2025, the beginning of the official build up period. We would like to draw your specific attention to the fact that if you commence build-up at an earlier date, i.e. prior to the official build up date of 18.03.2025, you will do so at your own risk. Within the scope of the law, Koelnmesse GmbH assumes no liability.
The booking of an eSlot (time slot) is mandatory for access to the exhibition grounds. The booking in the eSlot portal will be activated for you from 03.02.2025.
