Find exciting new partners, generate valuable leads, expand your own contacts: Efficient networking is the heart of every trade fair - and with Koelnmesse Networking, it's easier than ever.

With the IDS-app, networking literally works at the touch of a button. The app is activated around three months before the fair - from this moment on, registered exhibitors and visitors can be found with their profile in the networking area of the app.

You can access your own profile via the profile icon in Networking or via "My fair". Here you can add a photo of yourself and enter your own interests. Your name, email address, company and position are automatically taken from the registration data in the Ticket Shop. Our tip: The more you complete your profile, the more interest you generate - the more relevant are the contact suggestions that the app shows you.

These suggestions are sorted by relevance and offer you a perfect orientation for expanding your network. Of course, you can also simply search for names, positions or companies independently. You have found an exciting participant? Then you can contact them via chat message or enquiry button and arrange an appointment directly.

At the fair itself, networking via the app works just as easily. Each user has their own networking QR code in the app, and the app has an integrated scan function. If you scan the code of your counterpart, he or she will automatically receive a contact request - you can exchange your data (e.g. name, email address, position and interests) quickly and easily after approval.

The scan function is also perfect for organizing events such as stand parties or get-togethers.

Whether it's a very convenient exhibitor and product search, an overview of the event programme or an interactive hall plan: The IDS app is the perfect companion during the fair.
