Electroforming technology | Exhibitor on the IDS - International Dental Show 2025

Electroforming technology

The simplest way to produce self-supporting metal frameworks through an electrochemical process, without casting, sintering and without expensive equipment investments - this is how we understand the term "electroforming". As it were "quite incidentally", the Gramm Electroforming System (GES) achieves highly aesthetic, precise and reproducible results, confirmed by recognized materials scientists and clinics.

As early as 1989, Gramm GmbH achieved a major breakthrough in the dental market with the GAMMAT 12, the first fully automatic electroforming unit. In the following decades, a lot has happened in dental technology and also in dental equipment development. Maximum economic efficiency with the lowest possible investment as well as precision and biocompatibility became more and more attractive for the dental technician, the dentist and last but not least for the patient.

We gladly accepted this challenge and thus electroforming technology has established itself as the world market leader. Today we can say that in the future we will produce these product groups around the electroforming system in our own company and thus continue the glorious triumphant advance in dental technology. The most beautiful thing is that the heart of the system is still called GAMMAT®optimo 2!

The current device for the GES GAMMAT®optimo 2 is well established throughout Germany by our sales representatives. The extremely simple usage delivers perfect results in the fabrication of combined dentures on zirconium, precious metal and non-precious metal dental alloys with low gold bath use. The recycling function integrated in the unit works out even the smallest gold residues - economical, calculable, convincing!
