DentaMile connect - Bleaching Tray Workflow

How it works: 
- Scan the patient situation. 
- Automatically transfer the patient data into DentaMile connect. 
- Design an individual bleaching tray in just three steps (occlusal plane, reservoirs, tray margin). 
- Produce the tray in the DentaMile 3D printing system using LuxaPrint Ortho Flex. 
- Patients use the tray for their bleaching program – in the practice or at home. 

Advantages over thermoformed trays: 
- Thanks to precise reservoirs, there is less gel leakage and a lower risk of gingival irritation.
- Better sealing prevents saliva from diluting the gel, preserving its effectiveness.
