Flexible sinus lift curettes

An optimum sensitivity during the laterally lift procedure. The perforation of the Schneiderian membrane is a complication that often occurs during a maxillary sinus floor augmentation pro­cedure. The new SCHWERT Sinus-Lift Instruments increase the sensitivity by blunt and flexible working tips with “Swing-Effect”. Because of their special shapes and the characteristic of the stainless steel between the handle and the active part, light pressure is cushioned and gives the operator a direct and sensitive response. The risk to perforate the Schneiderian membrane is reduced to a minimum.

Already during their development the focus was a practicable handling. Because of varying angulations and shapes of the active parts they are easy to navigate also in difficult areas. The line of curettes consists of six different figures for every situation. Spoon and condenser complement the set to place the bone graft.
