Sinus Crestal Kit is a drilling tool on the inferior cortical bone without tearing of membrane and make a perforation on the inferior cortical bone without malleting osteotome technique so users can get CMI fixation (initial fixation in crestal cortical bone, middle cancelloous bone and inferior cortical bone). S-Reamer has a cutting edge, which develops a bone disk formation between the reamer and the membrane, allowing additional protection of the sinus membrane.
