printodent® GR-11.1 tray (high impact) – 3D printing dental material – Validated for Asiga, SprintRay, Phrozen, Anycubic

The printodent® GR-11 tray materials are biocompatible 3D printing resins that were specifically developed for the production of individual impression and functional impression trays. Thanks to their high reactivity, they enable build styles with up to 300 µm Z height, which supports efficient production in the laboratory.

With the new printodent® GR-11.1 tray, biocompatibility and mechanical stability have been further improved. The material does not contain any reproductively toxic or teratogenic substances and thus underlines its particular suitability for users and patients. It also offers approximately 50% higher impact resistance compared to competitive products, allowing the impression trays to be safely removed from the patient's mouth.
