Meddins Modelling Spatula – Plugger (drop) TYPE 11 is intended for the introduction, compaction and modelling of composite material. The rounded shaft provides unrestricted access to the entire cavity. The instrument is suitable for modelling composites on large surfaces, in particular on the vestibular walls of front teeth. It is very convenient for introducing the composite directly from the syringe into the cavity.
⦁ The instrument is a combination of the thinnest Meddins TDI 40 t1 spatula and a 1.0 mm drop-shaped plugger.
⦁ Thin spatula with the working part thickness of 0.2 mm.
⦁ Meddins spatulas – pluggers are made of stainless steel. The ultra-strong chrome-nickel dispersion-hardening alloy of martensitic class provides the instrument with lightness and elasticity, high deformation resistance, biological compatibility and chemical inertness.
⦁ Thanks to retention notches on the outer surface of the handle, the dental instrument does not slip in fingers.
⦁ The ergonomic shape of the handle reduces the risk of developing carpal tunnel syndrome.
