Powerful DATEV interface for the transfer of documents (including associated document data) and booking batches directly from the practice management software (PVS).

Documents and booking batches are transmitted directly from the PVS to the DATEV data center, where they can be collected by the accounting firm on a client-specific basis and imported into the firm's accounting.

The advantages of the DATEV interface:

- Documents (and booking data) are available at the firm at the push of a button
- Secure exchange of document data for the DATEV data center
- Original documents remain with the client
- In accordance with the booking accounts, invoices can be provided with booking suggestions
- Fewer entry errors / higher process quality

The setup of the DATEV booking data service is done via DATEV Online (by accessing the DATEV settings). In addition to the advisor and client numbers, it can be specified whether the booking data service should be derived from the payment journal (income statement) or from the invoice journal (balance sheet).

Invoices that are to be transmitted to DATEV are marked in the invoice list in the payment or invoice journal. The prepared package can either be saved or sent directly.
