Flex-Form™ resin patterns are a proprietary blend of wax and plastic that provide excellent burnout characteristics in a variety of pre-made shapes, making them ideal for any dental lab. There are currently 20+ available patterns to choose from for your perfect application.

Use Flextack™ solution as an adhesive liquid to increase adhesion between plastic patterns and refractory models as well as R&R Rosin Dips to seal the refractory model for best pattern adhesion
