The many diagonal cooling grooves interrupt the grinding process up to 7 times per rotation. This provides additional support for the coolant spray and the removal chip.
The continuous diamond coating, i.e. even in the deeper grooves, ensures brilliant and easy grinding performance, facilitates removal thanks to the edge effect around the groove transitions and optimises the service life.
Finally, COOL-DIAMANT instruments are coated with pure gold. This fully covers the nickel bonding layer and enhaces
