Utility Wax

Utility Waxes are in the form of ropes / wires, easily shaped waxes that are especially suited for fill-ins and wax pattern repair. It can also be used to easily correct mistakes by “blending-in” with your original wax part.

Intended Use:
- Utility wax is used for protecting and preserving the periphery edge in removable prosthetics. The application of utility wax on the impression tray allows a perfect transfer of the periphery edge from the impression onto the model.

Properties & Advantages:
· Extremely pliable at room temperature.
· It can also be used to fill sprue bases.
· The wax can be adapted at room temperature and can be used without pre-heating.
