Calahyd-RC & Calahyd+ (Calcium Hydroxide Paste With Iodoform)

It is a silicon oil-based yellowish paste consisting of premixed Calcium Hydroxide and Iodoform. Supplied in a multi-dose syringe with disposable pre-bent cannulas for dispensing. Used to prevent bacterial contamination of the canal, as the two ingredients improve the induction effect for hard tissue induction and deposition.

Intended Use:
- To be used as a root canal dressing and filling material during endodontic treatment of secondary teeth and as a long-term root canal filling/sealing material after pulpectomy/root canal treatment in deciduous teeth.

Indications:
- For pulp capping and pulpotomy.
- Apexification and hard tissue formation.
- Temporary sealing material for infected root canals.
