VACURET DIGIT - vacuum mixing device with pump

The VACURET DIGIT is perfectly suited for homogeneous and bubble-free mixing of plaster, investment materials, silicones or alginates used in dental technology. The rotary knob is used for intuitive programming of pre- and main mixing time at different speeds, times and vacuum levels or without a vacuum. The VACURET DIGIT adapts ideally to the manufacturer's material specifications to yield homogeneous and bubble-free compounds. You can use 4 adjustable standard programs and enter up to 24 programs using several parameters to custom mix a material.

The double filter system protects the vacuum pump from incoming contaminations, especially useful when accidently overfilling the mixing bowl. The maintenance-free and brushless continuous motor allows even long mixing times and the high-quality vacuum pump ensures a long service life. The stainless steel housing provides easy cleaning and disinfection. Safe operation is granted by the rotary knob, even with unclean hands.

The vacuum mixer comes with a 400 ml mixing bowl. The plastic coating on the inside and outside of the bowl considerably increases scratch resistance and the stainless steel paddle  and solid metal lid are designed for long-term use in the dental laboratory. This saves expensive follow-up costs and contributes to environmental protection.
