Quality costs time and know-how. For us, this means that we dispense with the addition of tungsten and that each and every individual blank is cast under vacuum. Hardening in the form of grain nests and consequently undefined cutter fractures and blowholes can only be efficiently avoided in this way. While still red-hot, the master craftsman personally planes off deposits with care until no more impurities are visible. Depending on the remaining thickness, the final dimension is determined and the blank is turned to size on a machine. In addition to a visual final inspection, each individual blank is checked for homogeneity.

Titanium is considered to be a material that is ideally suited for most clinical indications. Compared to casting
milling process, a reproducible and dimensionally stable result can be achieved with a minimum of voids.
