Light curing unit for the polymerisation of 3D printed components, matched to the resin TC-85DAC for the production of direct aligners. The high-power UV LEDs can be controlled in different programmes and deliver homogeneous material properties thanks to their uniform distribution in the curing chamber. The included nitrogen generator avoids the formation of non-biocompatible inhibition layers on the cured print objects.
