InSync ZR - Veneering Ceramic System | Exhibitor on the IDS - International Dental Show 2023

InSync ZR - Veneering Ceramic System

InSync ZR is versatile and can be used on zirconia, lithium disilicate, titanium frameworks as well as in combination with MiYO in smart hybrid technique. The easy to use and safe layering ceramic enables both efficient and esthetically sophisticated work.
The consistent shade concept and a comprehensive range of shades, in line with the VITA® Classic shade system, offer limitless design options.
The high-fusing, fluorescent and translucent liner and the titanium opaquer ensure a secure bond between the framework and the ceramic layer.
The unique grain size distribution results in outstanding sculptability and stability, coupled with low shrinkage behavior.
The ceramic is leucite-free and has an amorphous crystal lattice structure. This makes it particularly CTE stable. This provides safety during processing even after several firings.
The combination of liner or titanium opaquer, low firing temperature, CTE stability and adequate hardness minimizes the chipping risk.
Due to the amorphous crystal structure, InSync ZR restorations are exceptionally stable and resistant to chipping.
The hardness of the InSync ZR veneering ceramic corresponds to that of a natural tooth. This minimizes disturbances in the stomatognathic system.
In addition, a high level of biocompatibility characterizes the InSnync layering ceramic.
The optical properties of InSync ZR are based on the human tooth and have been perfectly implemented in terms of fluorescence, translucency and opacity. Ceramic restorations with InSync ZR therefore have a very esthetic and natural appearance.
The high shade stability even with multiple firings ensures safety and esthetics.
InSync ZR is reliable in use and delivers reproducible results - natural, esthetic, brilliant and safe.
