Titanium inner sleeve for guided endodontics

Template-guided endodontics allows faster access to obliterated or calcified teeth with less substance loss. The drilling axis for preparing the root canal is determined using 3D planning software. A drill sleeve adapted to the drill is inserted into a printed or milled drilling template. In this way, drilling can be guided through the template to open the root canal.
