HPW-2: Handpiece Counter

Handpiece Counter HPW-2 is a revolutionary device in dental equipment testing and frequency measurement. The HPW-2, with its advanced non-contacting sensor technology, offers easy and quick measurement capabilities without the need to physically touch the moving parts of the handpiece. This ensures both safe and efficient operation during various stages of usage including research and development, quality control, and maintenance.

Non-contact Measurement
The HPW-2 allows you to measure the revolution or frequency by simply presenting its sensor to the target object. Its flexible usage allows measurements from any angle or position, enhancing convenience and safety for the operator.

Measuring Revolution
The HPW-2 can measure revolutions ranging from 5,000 to 999,000 rpm. Simply insert one of the included measuring burs into the chuck of the target device to assess the speed of dental air turbines and micro motors accurately. For lower speed measurements (1 to 4,999 rpm), an optional attachment, LHP-1, is available.

Measuring Frequency
Frequency measurements range from 1 to 200,000 Hz with the HPW-2. By magnetizing the scaling tip of the target object and bringing it near the sensor, it accurately measures the frequency of devices such as dental air scalers and ultrasonic scalers.

The HPW-2 sets new standards in the precision and ease of measuring the operational capabilities of dental instruments worldwide. Whether it's for factory quality control, R&D, or routine maintenance, the HPW-2 offers a reliable solution for ensuring your dental instruments perform at their best.
