printodent® GR-18.3 IB

pro3dure´s printodent® GR-18.3 IB is a biocompatible resin for the additive manufacturing of orthodontic indirect bonding trays. It is the enhanced development of the tried-and-tested printodent® GR-18.2 IB in terms of biocompatibility and process reliability. The material is flexible, transparent and has even greater tear resistance. This allows the orthodontist to place all brackets in one controlled, quick and precise step. Biocompatibility was a main  focus during further development. The new printodent® GR-18.3 IB is now TPO-free. Although the new formulation has further increased the speed and stability of the construction process, printodent® GR-18.3 IB is still easy to clean. The inhibition layer during post-curing with low-power post-curing systems is still minimal, thus avoiding sticky component surfaces and ensuring greater clinical safety.
