HATHO ThermoPol Set: An innovative polishing system for thermoplastic dentures

Polishing of thermoplastic dentures is a major challenge.
But with the ThermoPol Set from HATHO, it is possible to smooth the rough surfaces and polish them to a high shine in three simple steps on the polishing lathe. This is made possible by the set's unique combination of brushes and buffing wheels with ideally matched polishing pastes and a universal polishing cream.

The high-performance pre-polishing is carried out with the HATHO Multi Layer Brush 4280 – a combination of two inner layers of fine Scotch-BriteTM discs, as well as 2 outer rows of white Chungking bristles – and the HATHO Polistar Lintygrey pre-polishing paste.

The soft shine polishing is carried out with the lint-free HATHO COSIMA Soft – a polishing buff made from fourteen layers of fine siliconized cotton cloths – and the HATHO Polistar Creme polishing agent.

A delicate high shine polishing with the soft HATHO MIRA Polishing buff and the HATHO Polistar Pro Rosa polishing paste ensures a high shine finish.

The HATHO ThermoPol Set also contains clear instructions for use, which provide information on the individual work steps and the individual items.
