The JOTA Zir-Prep diamonds with special diamond grit and optimized bond are designed for working on highly sensitive zirconia. By using mono-crystalline diamond grit, the instruments are less aggressive, and they ensure a low-temperature rise during preparation and keep the roughness of the prepared surfaces low. This significantly reduces the risk of micro-cracks in the zirconia.
