Paladex

A unique silicone palatal template kit that aids the practitioner in controlling a three-dimensional composite build-up of the palatal and incisal surfaces. Each autoclavable template includes the ideal shape and form of the palatal surfaces of all anterior maxillary teeth from canine to canine.
This guarantees the operator can create a predictable shape and length of the aesthetic composite restoration. The kit consists of two sizes (large and small) and also includes a metal delivery instrument that aids with pressing and stabilizing the silicone Paladex template onto the tooth from the palatal side while applying the composite.

To assist in building the palatal side of teeth with composite resin in cases of:

Fractures, Class IV
Peg lateral
Diastema closure
Building the palatal side of a temporary crown or composite bridge
(Finishing the buccal side with the Uveneer kit is advised)

Paladex matrix prevents the creation of the oxygen inhibition layer (the ‘sticky layer’) during the curing process, leaving you with a hard, glossy, and anatomically correct surface composite restoration, which requires minimal adjustment or polishing.
